By participating in the Rich Mom Valentine’s Day Treat Basket Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

    •    The Giveaway is open to all individuals

    •    Participants must be residents of the United States.

    •This Giveaway is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

2. Entry Requirements:

    •Each entry ticket costs $5.00 and can be purchased via online

    •    You may purchase as many tickets as you like; each $5 ticket counts as one entry into the drawing.

    •    Your name will be entered into the drawing for every ticket purchased.

    • All sales are final—no refunds will be issued once tickets have been purchased.

3. Giveaway Period:

    •    Ticket sales begin on February 1, 2025 and end on February 14, 2025

    •  The winner will be randomly selected and announced on February 14th via Instagram and email.

4. Prize Details:

    •    One (1) winner will receive a Rich Mom Valentine’s Day Treat Basket.

    •  The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another item.

    •    The winner must claim their prize within 48 hours of being notified, or a new winner will be selected.

5. General Conditions:

    •    By entering, participants agree to allow Rich Moms Academy to use their name and/or photo for promotional purposes.

    •    Rich Moms Academy reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time for reasons beyond its control.

    •    Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with the Giveaway will result in disqualification.
